How do I Change The Currency to my National Currency?

If you look at the top of the page, next to the search, menu and account buttons there is a menu button displaying the flag of the currently selected currency, just click on this and select your preferred currency from the drop down menu.

Shipping.

Since all of our products are sent directly from our warehousing facilities in the China/Taiwan area, we regret to say that we cannot offer a next day or two/three day delivery options. 

After you have made a purchase on our website, your order will be processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days. After your order has been dispatched, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery to the United States or 7-40 business days for international delivery outside of the United States.

Where is my Tracking Number?

After purchasing your item, you will receive an email with instructions on how to check the status of your order.  Additionally, we will periodically send you tracking updates via as new information becomes available.

How Much Will Shipping Cost if I Live in (Insert Place Here)?

Here at SplendorChic.com we believe that it shouldn't make a difference where you live.  You should have access to beautiful things regardless, so we operate a strict 100% free shipping policy worldwide.  No exceptions!  You will never have to pay for shipping when shopping with us.

How can I tell which ring size to order?

We've made it easy by adding an easy to follow ring sizing guide on the site.  It's also linked at the bottom of the page.

Duties and Taxes (Customs):

Payment of customs fees or duties (if necessary) is the responsibility of the recipient (you), and is due at the time of delivery.  For most items in many countries there will be no issue as many countries operate laws which allow imports to pass without import charges if the items are under a certain monetary value.  However, other countries don't so it's worth checking your individual situation depending upon where you live.
